Kitchen & Dining Room
The cooks prepare three (3) nutritious meals and two (2) snacks a day in the full service commercial grade kitchen. The fire rated kitchen contains a walk in fridge, a walk in freezer, and a preparation area.
Client(s) and/ or escort(s) provide their dietary needs during intake, which is then provided to the cooks who prepare meals as necessary.
The dining room seating capacity is sixty-four (64).
